Melissa had some really fun ideas for St. Patty's day which the kids really loved. They woke up to the couch cushions all over the place streamer and confetti everywhere along with piles of gold coins and all different colored green jelly beans. I told them the night before that the leprechauns were known for sneaking in to peoples houses the night before St. Patty's and throwing a party. They thought it was really cool. Carsyn kept asking me, "were they really in our house"? I think she was a little scared and also hoped I was teasing them. But once she was able to eat some of the treats that were left behind she wasn't at all scared. I also colored some milk green so when I poured it for their breakfast they were totally shocked and surprised.
