The Beach!

It has been so hot lately, my neighbor Barb and I decided to drag the kids to the lake. It was actually Barb's idea and I am glad we tagged along. Of course the kids loved it. I know this sounds bad but it is kind of nice that the kids are afraid of the water. They pretty much wade in up to their ankles, splash around and play in the sand. The beach we went to was nice because there were pretty much families with young kids and there really weren't too many people there which makes it peaceful and less stressful.
