Roller Girl!

Carsyn had told Mamaw that she wanted roller skates for her birthday. According to my mom Carsyn casually mentioned that she wanted roller skates and unbeknownst to my mom Carsyn was telling everyone that her Mamaw was getting them for her. Luckily, Poppy and Mamaw came through. When we got home after her party she couldn't wait to get those bad boys on. Somehow we were short one knee pad but that didn't stop her. She was so excited! She got the hang of it so fast. At first I was walking along with her, holding her hand. I actually think it was holding her back. Once she went off on her own she just took off. Of course now Hayden wants a pair too. He has been using hers in the house and he seems to be getting the hang of it, we'll see.

Here is Carsyn posing in her new roller skates. She also is wearing a new scarf thanks to aunt Brandy and a new sweater thanks to aunt Jeni. Very cute!!

Really concentrating. Obviously, we need to do some adjustments on her helmet. But it did the job.
