I wouldn't say Carsyn has a ton of activities with her Girl Scout Troop but she recently went to some world day thing. Each troop picked a country and did a table showing facts and some kind of food to represent their country. I actually can't remember the country they did but Carsyn seemed to have a good time.

I would say the biggest GS related activity she participated in was of course the selling of Girl Scout cookies. Each girl set a personal goal and Carsyn decided she was going to sell 215 boxes. Of course she wanted to get the Giraffe Print Duffle Bag so 215 it is. I didn't really realize before all of this that a lot of the selling of cookies is in pre-sales. Which basically means you are hitting up family and friends, easy pickins. Of course Tony hit up every one at his work and I posted on FB between family in friend Carsyn surpassed her goal and sold 252 boxes just in pre-sales. Since she already reached her goal she was encouraged to keep the slots for site sales open for girls who hadn't reached their goals. Since I remember having to schlep around town trying to sell Camp Fire candy I thought we should make Carsyn work a bit. So she sold around the neighborhood a bit and Tony took her to Fred Meyer for a site sale. I am not sure where she came in at in the end but she was very happy and we were proud!

| Carsyn dressed and ready for her site-sale at Fred Meyer. If you look really hard you can see a patch she earned it says "COOKIE QUEEN", she earned that for selling over 250 boxes in pre-sales. |

| Good father-daughter experience. |
