Chelan!

Memorial Day weekend we headed to Chelan. Tony's sister Kim asked us if we'd like to come stay with them at their place and of course we said yes. The kids were so excited, Carsyn had a countdown to Chelan. It has been a long time since we headed out of town on a long weekend and now I remember why we avoided it. It took us an hour longer than normal to get there and back, jeesh!! That part was a pain but once we got there it was so much fun.
We spent most of our time down at the pool and lake which kept the adults and kids happy. We packed snacks and refreshments and had a blast. We even played volleyball which was so much fun, it has been a long time!!
Here is Tony relaxing enjoying his refreshments.

Sister Kim. You can see Kristen in the background pushing the kids on the merry go round.

The kids cousin Kristen and Kristoffer's (the kids cousin) girlfriend, Megan getting some rays.

Cousin Kaitlyn and her friend Dina got too much sun the day before, so they are staying in the shade.
All the cousins(wish Alyvia were here) taking a group picture.
Tony and Carsyn playing a yard game at the house.
Hayden with his favorite pool torpedo.
The kids playing on Alec's boat. (One of Kristoffer's friends)
Carsyn really swinging.
The kids were dying to get out on a boat so thanks to Kristoffer and Alec the kids were able to go for a ride.
Tony getting ready to tube.
Megan and Hayden enjoying the ride.
There goes Tony. It was so fun to watch him.
Hayden was brave and decided to go with Tony. Here he is all smiles.
He is looking a little uneasy.

Uh oh!

It was a short ride but I am glad he at least tried it. Here he is all smile getting pulled back to the boat.
After seeing her little brother try Carsyn decided to give it a try.

Carsyn kept saying slower so it was hard for Tony to get out of the water. He was basically dragging.
He finally just pulled himself up on his knees, which worked a lot better.
Carsyn isn't really smiling here but she really had fun and I am so proud of both of them for trying.
Megan's turn.
Tony and Hayden watching Megan go.

Carsyn loving it all.
Hayden getting a chance to drive the bought.
Then it was Carsyn's turn.

We had so much fun! Kristoffer was so sweet with the kids all weekend. He had friends over but told them a couple times that he was going to stay and spend time with his cousins. He really went out of his way to involve the kids and even took them fishing. What a great big cousin!!
