UW Rock Wall!

With the new coach for UW football they had open practices. We decided to head in to the University of Washington and check out those Huskies. It was pretty cool to be there and watch them practice and be on the side lines. I think next year we will go to picture day then the kids can go on the field and run around too. Near the stadium they have this rock wall and of course the kids wanted to try it out.
Carsyn loved it, she would get all the way to the top but then be to scared to come down. Tony had to help her almost every time. She would come down and immediately want to climb it again. It was definitely harder than it looks. The rocks were a lot slicker than you would think. There were some adults having a hard time.
While we were in the vicinity we decided to head over to the hospital and have Tony show the kids where he has been working and what they are doing. It was a beautiful day for a nice walk along the water.

Here is Carsyn stuck at the top and Tony trying to talk her down.

Hayden starting up the wall.

Still stuck at the top.

Working her way down.

Hayden still trying.

All smiles at the top of the wall, yet again.
