Colton actually turned three while we were vacationing in Mexico and I had his party planned for the Sunday after we got back. Colton was so excited for his "Diego" birthday party. We have celebrated everyone else's birthdays in our house and Colton was more than ready to celebrate his big day. He has been on a Diego kick and requested a Diego themed party. Which basically meant, Diego balloons, table cloth, banner, decorations, cupcake toppers, party favors and of course the Diego mask. We also kind of stuck with a Mexican theme serving taquitos and quesadilla along with chips and salsa, punch and of course cupcakes and ice-cream.
