You are my Sunshine!

Carsyn's ballet recital is finally here. Wow, what a struggle to get here. It all started off great but it was a long season. Carsyn actually took the month off before the recital because she was so sick of ballet and it was like pulling teeth to get her to go. I would of just let her stop but we had already purchased the outfit months before, so she was doing the recital!!!

Carsyn wasn't nervous at all but I was a mess. The recital was in Everett and she had a dress rehearsal the day before and then the big day. Tony had to work and luckily Irene watched Hayden because we had to get in there early to get ready. Seriously, I could never be a stage mom I can't believe how stressed out and nervous I was.

Carsyn was so cute!! She was not the least bit concerned about the stage or audience. It was like any other day. The only problem was in the course of the season Carsyn had a growing spurt, mainly her feet, so we had to squeeze on her ballet shoes on one last time. The outfits were cute but very very short especially for my tall, long legged child!!
