Mamaw has season tickets for musicals at the 5th Avenue theater. She had went and saw Elf with my Aunt Deenie and they loved it. She then received an email letting her know that she could watch it again for a great price by taking her ticket to the box office and the kids tickets were really cheap. She immediately thought of me and Jeni along with the kids. Unfortunately little Russ got sick and wasn't able to come. Mamaw even volunteered to watch Cotlon and Zoe while we took the big kids to the show. The ride to Seattle didn't leave me with high hopes on how the day was going to turn out. Hayden's attitude was horrendous but after we got to Seattle and headed to the theater his attitude started to improve and we all had a wonderful time.
Here is a picture of the kids waiting in line for tickets.
We got there early enough to have lunch across the street. Here are the kids fed and ready for the show.
The best seats had us a little split up but it was worth it. Our seats were great and we were just a row apart.
Carsyn and Nina ready for the show to start.
Hayden getting blinded by my flash.
Hayden was also getting some attention by some older girls sitting next to Carsyn. You would have thought the show was behind us instead of in front of us. Uh-oh, so it starts.
Surprise, surprise Carsyn on her ipod.
The start of the show. So cool!!
The show was fabulous!! The kids loved it. It was funny and totally entertaining. Thanks so much Mamaw for the tickets, it was an experience the kids will never forget.
