Our brother in laws father passed away after a long battle with cancer. So we headed to Chelan to pay our respects. It was a sad occasion but it was an opportunity to do something as a family and spend some time away from home.

I was surprised at the screaming deals you can get staying in Chelan off season. We got a fabulous room overlooking the water. We took advantage of the hot tub and enjoyed some late night, rainy hot tubing. Lots of fun.
